- Bought by Bob McFadden in 1993 for $750,000 and put about $250,000 into renovations
- McFadden put the hotel on the market in 2001. Then he was asking for $1.2 million
- sold for $985,000 to Jenny Lopiccolo. Sale finalized October 22, 2004.
- Bob McFadden died November 2004
- used to be the Hong Kong cafe and Tommyknockers and Jim's Jungle Bar and Joe Garlic's and Cafe del Rio and Brendel's and I can't remember what else, is now called Devincenzi's.
- Devincenzi's opened July 2003
- Firkin and Fox opened January, 2008
