Bob McFadden

Bob McFadden (1949 to November 17, 2004) was a Carson City businessman, real estate investor and art aficionado. He was born in Fullerton, California. He died while on vacation in Costa Rica.
In 1991 he bought and restored the Krebs-Peterson House to be used as his private residence.
In 1993 he bought and restored the St. Charles Hotel. He sold it to Jenny Lopiccolo just a month before his death.
